William Ruto attended a church service at the Latter Glory Worship Centre where the pastor ‘accidentally’ attacked his hustler narrative.
Ruto was accompanied by several MPs allied to him when he attended the church service in Gachie, Kiambaa Constituency, Kiambu County.
The preacher’s sermon touched on the hustler narrative, the pastor talked about wheelbarrow and ‘mkokoteni’ as he preached.

The appeared to rubbish Ruto’s narrative saying people “watu waende kiwango kingine” – people will move to the next level.
He said that even the people pushing wheelbarrows need to leave and start aiming higher maybe starting supermarkets.
The pastor prophesied that those who wish that other people remain where they are will be surprised saying that God’s plans to his people should not be politized.
“Hata Hawa watu was pikipiki, watu wa mikokoteni, mama mboga, watu wa kinyozi wote wanastahili maisha mazuri na sisi sote twaombea waende kiwango kingine, hata mimi hata hii kanisa itaenda kiwango ingine,” he said in the presence deputy President William Ruto.
