Khalwale’s Goons Almost Lynch Youths Who Exposed Him For Stealing Ruto’s Donations

Date:

Former Kakamega governor Boni Khalwale on Friday sent violent goons to attack a press conference which was meant to expose him for stealing deputy president William Ruto’s donations.

Credible sources have revealed to Sonko News that the deputy president while on his Western tour gave out 1 million Kenya shillings in a bid to boost small businesses belonging to youths and women in the area.

However, these youths and women have so far come out to confess before the public that no single coin was given to them by the former Kakamega senator as they demanded that he accounts for every shilling he was given by the deputy president.

Through a Press conference , the women and youth, led by Isukha East MCA Farouk Machanje called on Boni Khalwale to hand over the money. They also urged William Ruto never to pass their donations through the former senator.

“I’m here as the MCA of Isukha East, and we want Khalwale to come out and account for the Sh1 million donated by RUto to help the women and youth,” said Machanje.

They also labelled Boni Khalwale as a first class broker whose main objective is to satisfy his selfish needs through the second in command.

Further, the group told DP Ruto not to give the former senator the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) ticket for the Kakamega gubernatorial seat.

“I am asking my friend DP, kindly look for someone else and work with him for the Kakamega county gubernatorial race. Khalwale is a no. He is a political broker,” added the MCA.

Ruto has been donating millions in cash whenever he visits different parts of the country, however only a fraction of these monies reach the intended recipients.

As a result, the handouts has now become a serious threat to William Ruto’s presidential campaigns because the donations fail to reach the masses causing change of heart.

At the same time, The DP donated generously to Coast people during his week-long tour, but there were several reported cases of people fighting over these handouts.

For instance, traders in Kongowea market in Nyali constituency, Mombasa county also cried foul after the handout given to them ‘disappeared’.

Ruto visited Kongowea market in Nyali Constituency on October 16th and gave traders Ksh2 million to boost small-scale businesses.

The DP was accompanied by Nyali MP Mohammed Ali who was given the money to distribute it to traders at the famous market.

Kongowea traders through their chairperson Richard Nyangoto lamented that only Ksh700,000 was given to them of the Ksh2 million that Ruto dished out.

The traders say the remaining Ksh1.3 million was deposited to private accounts as they were left to fight over Ksh700,000.
