The Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) has announced a four-day traffic disruption along the Mombasa road.
Commencing from June 13 to June 16, road users traversing the route should anticipate disruptions near Katani Road Junction along the lanes headed towards Mombasa.
KeNHA has attributed this traffic interruption to the construction of the mid-span footbridge foundation along this bustling highway.
Motorists planning to utilise this road during this period are advised to exercise caution while driving through the area to prevent inconveniencing the workers.
According to the authority, police officers and traffic martials will be deployed on the site to help manage the traffic flow.
“KeNHA advises motorists to follow the proposed traffic management plan and cooperate with the police and traffic marshals on site,” KeNHA noted.
