Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka has accused the government of sponsoring the High Court order barring the implementation of the National Dialogue Committee (NADCO) report.
In a statement released on Saturday, March 30, Kalonzo claimed that the ruling was a deliberate scheme to interfere with the conclusions agreed upon at the Bomas of Kenya.
“Yesterday’s High Court orders stopping the implementation of the National Dialogue Committee (NADCO) Report is State Sponsored,” he stated.
The Azimio la Umoja Coalition Principle further termed the Kenya Kwanza administration as liars, for going back on agreements made regarding the report.
“The Kenya Kwanza regime has never had goodwill and faith and this is the problem in Kenya,” he added.
“This State Sponsored court action must stop.”
A High Court in Nyeri suspended the implementation of the report following a case filed by activist Michael Muchemi.
