Man charged for engraving his name on girlfriend’s forehead


 A young man from Texas was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Jakub Hildreth, 19 was arrested and charged over the weekend in Texas after being accused of engraving his name on his girlfriend’s forehead,

Local media reports that Jackub who has a history of domestic violence was accused of brutally assaulting 23-year-old Catalina Mireles after she started arguing. 

Mireles explained that she and Hildreth only saw each other for three weeks after meeting on Facebook. She recounted that they had an argument surrounding their relationship that eventually escalated into physical abuse that resulted in fractures to the jawbone. She explained that she was afraid of her life because Hildreth was held by the neck and punched her face “with a closed fist about ten times”. His jaw is now broken in three places.

Hildreth then attempted to engrave his name on his forehead, according to the affidavit. “He was going to put the closet up until he understood what he was going to do with my body,” she said.

Eventually, Hildreth eventually escaped the scene before the police arrived. He was later arrested the next day and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

At the time he was charged, there were warrants against him for family assault and burglary. He is held on bail of $ 75,000.
