“If I lose I move on” President William Ruto takes a dig at Raila Odinga

Date:

Taking the government to court, according to President William Ruto, is acceptable and he has no issue with it.

This was said by the President at the opening of the inaugural annual report of the NCAJ at the Safari Park Hotel.

Many people were in laughter as President William Ruto called out Law Society of Kenya President Eric Theuri for suing him over the appointment of PSs.

“I am pleased to see my friend Eric Theuri who took me to court when I made some appointments, I am happy he is not threatening to organise some demonstrations because he did not win the case ” Ruto said.

Ruto stated that he had no issues with going to court to challenge the government.

“If I lose I have no problem, I move on to next. It means I was wrong, nobody is an angel all of us can be wrong or right,” he said.

Following the expulsion of the 4 IEBC commissioners, a series of consultations on the state of the country will begin on December 7, according to Raila Odinga.

The ODM leader Raila Odinga’s intentions to organize a large-scale protest on Wednesday appeared to be receiving criticism from the President indirectly.

The Azimio leader announced that the first rally would take place in Nairobi’s Kamukunji Grounds, and the second would follow on December 12 at the same location.

As long as the protests do not degenerate into property destruction, Ruto said his administration won’t stop the Azimio leader from taking to the streets.
