“I Will Ensure That Your Taxes Are Not Stolen” President Ruto Promises Kenyans

President William Ruto has vowed to support hardworking Kenyans to realize their dreams as they contribute towards the country’s success.

Speaking during Mashujaa Day celebrations in Kericho, Ruto said that the government will not do anything that will hinder such Kenyans from achieving their goals.

“We will do all that is possible, as the Kenyan government, to hold your hands, you who are hardworking, who wake up early to contribute in working and taking our nation  ahead, I want to assure you that I won’t turn back, I won’t do anything that will hinder any Kenya from achieving his/her mission or goals.

“The government’s intention and plan is to enable each Kenyan to be better  than he/she is currently, and contribute in bettering the nation through working and business,” the first in command said.

He went ahead to promise that he will ensure that taxpayers money is well taken care of and used for the intended purposes.

“I want to assure you that I will ensure that your money that you pay through taxes, money that is collected through counties, levies, taxes and other channels, will be used in the required manner, will not be misappropriated, looted, corrupt leader won’t access it,” the president vowed.

Ruto further said that soon Kenyans will see actions on all those who have been involved with stealing public funds.

“There things are three, and you know what I have said. I want guarantee every citizen of the republic of Kenya that we will hold your hand as you make your contribution in whatever you are doing,” Ruto maintained.
