I Wasn’t Comfortable Marrying DJ Mo – Size 8 Reveals

Size 8 and her celebrity husband DJ Mo marriage can be termed as the perfect match made in heaven. They have been married for seven years and together they have two children.

In front of the cameras and on TV they look so perfect but behind those beautiful smiles they put before their audiences, they too go through ups and downs like any other couples you know of. Talking about the early stages of their relationship on their TV show, Dine with the Murayas, Size 8 made an unlikely confession. She said.

“When I met him (DJ Mo) people wrote him off since he was a deejay trying to create his brand.”

The Mateke hitmaker revealed that their lives were very different but she did not give up on him.

“When we were getting married I wasn’t very comfortable because he was living in a house of Ksh13,000 while I was living in a house where I used to pay KSh 33,000 for rent. Nyumba yake haikuwa na toilet ya kukalia. Ilikuwa ile ya shimo an choo an bafu ni same. He had no microwave… He was driving a smaller car than mine,” she narrated.

She said despite being in a different social class with her hubby, she never lost hope in him for she never DJ Mo would have some wealth someday.

“In my private chamber, God had told me he was going to be someone of wealth. Hata social media niliambiwa nimeoa DJ nikue video vixen,” she added.

Despite the challenges and humble beginning of DJ Mo has become wealthy and can even offer her some pocket money.

“I realized he had potential and wasn’t going to stress him with a big wedding because he couldn’t afford it by then. Fast forward seven years now, I ask him for pocket money. God is faithful,” she said.
