The war of words between Comedian Eric Omondi and Jamaican dancehall superstar Konshens has now turned musical.
Eric Omondi decided to hit the studio to respond to Konshens after he released a diss track against him.
“Nimeskia ati @konshens amenitupia DISS TRACk. let me hit the Studio I am about to DROP and DELIVER a CAREER ENDING Diss TRACK…He will not RECOVER Its ON!!!!” Eric Omondi shared on Instagram.

Konshens responded by saying, “Wait, you feel that’s a diss? I thought you were a comedian, It says so in your bio.”
Eric however went ahead to tell him that he was going to finish him with only one track if he does not apologize for singing about him.
“My brother @konshens why are you PANICKING??? Just sit back and wait for Me to FINISH You with ONE TRACK!!! Am already in the STUDIO. You have Strictly 45 Minutes to Apologise before I DROP the BOMB,” Eric said.

Konshens is set to hold a concert in Kenya on December 31, at the Carnivore grounds in Nairobi. The announcement, however triggered the exchange between the artist and the self proclaimed president of Comedy.
Eric Omondi has been vocal about fighting for Kenyan music while complaining about the frequent tours by international artists to the country saying that they were killing the local music.
A section of Kenyans however believe that Eric and Konshens are just promoting the December 31 first show and there is no bad blood between them.
“What a good way to do promo for the 31St Dec show,” Mtu Necessary’s response read.
Eric one Wash wrote, “Good marketing skills…nipo shuleniii hapa.”
Winnie tours said, “Kwani ata Konshens ashaa jua hii maneno ya clout chasing? Drop that banger tuskie.”
While Frida said, “Huyu @konshens anaride on @ericomondi s wave..create your own …wacha na wakenya…they will drop you like a hot potato…Kenyans hawapangwingwi.”
