The investigations into the killing of the Kasarani four has taken a new twist with reports showing that slain Fred Obare conned the lover of his crime partner Elijah Omeka.

According to the daily nation, a lady by the name Doreen Makena (Frank Omeka’s lover) had complained of losing 100,000 Kenya shillings to Fred Obare under mysterious circumstances.

According to reports by the Directorate of criminal investigations, one Ms Makena complained against Obare over the mentioned amount that was meant for buying an online account.
