The CEO of Big Time Entertainment Eric Omondi has revealed that one of the risky bridges he was constructing in Kisii is now complete and ready for use.
The bridge that has been named after Baby Kemunto, one of the young girls that used to cross it to school, has been launched by a short ribbon cutting session.
Kemunto went viral a month ago for courageously crossing the bridge on her own as she went to school.
With that, Eric said that it was possible for Kenyans to come together and solve the problems that they are facing.
“KEMUNTO BRIDGE is COMPLETE. This young Girl has changed a whole Community. She is a Hero. This Bridge is not only Historical but also extremely SYMBOLIC. It Symbolizes a people’s resolve, it SYMBOLIZES the power in UNITY!!! That Kenyans can come together and SOLVE their problems.
“We are BRIDGING the GAPS. The Gaps between the POOR and the WEALTHY must and Can be Minimized and diminished. We are BRIDGING the Gaps created by Political and Tribal Divisions. TEAM SISI KWA SISI NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE!!! TOGETHER EVERYTHING IS ACHIEVABLE!!!” the comedian said.

A confusion had however risen after Eric was led to another bridge that was equally risky and even raised funds to construct the bridge
The community of the actual bridge that went viral came out and begged that they are also considered.
Addressing the confusion, Eric Omondi said that he will oversee the construction of both bridges.
“Today I witnessed a mother carrying her 3 month old baby across the “Bridge of Death” I saw children as young as 1 and a half years cross this death trap. Women balancing water Jericans while literally balancing their own lives. We found the Original Bridge but we will also build the other Bridge as well because they also need it,” he said then.
