After President William Ruto dissolved his cabinet, Comedian turned activist Eric Omondi is suggesting that he should also crack his whip on county government.
In an interview at Citizen TV, Eric noted that the head of state has been given an opportunity to make things right by doing what the people.
“We need a lean government. President Ruto could be the biggest winner of the Gen Z revolution because he’s been given an opportunity to do what the people want.
“I might be the only person who has the moral authority to say what I have to say because I have been arrested 13 times and my message has never changed. We need a very lean government, I would even suggest, Mr president take your time and when you’re ready, we need to cut down on the number of counties and governors from 47 to 24,” he said.
Eric also suggested that while making a new cabinet, Ruto should include mama mboga and bodaboda.
“President Ruto can make history by appointing one mama mboga or bodaboda person because, among them, there is a graduate even with a first class. His goodwill will be shown by inclusivity
