Drama In Busia As A Man Believed To Have Died And Buried Re-Emerges

There was drama today in Busia County as a man believed to have died and buried re-emerged and returned home.

The shocking event happened in Matayos constituency, Busia County. According to Charles Amollo, his son Steve Ogolla resurfaced unexpectedly and returned home. Interestingly, the father said that they had buried a body at his home, believing that it was Charles Amollo.

The “dead man” had gone to exile and it was reported to the family that he died, before the body was brought home for burial. He also added that he was feeling unwell by the time the body was brought home. As a result, he was not in a position to know what was exactly going on.

The father asked the government for “forgiveness” and urged them to come and excavate the body and take to the mortuary.

On his side, the “dead” Steve Ogolla claimed that he left home at some point to go and look for work in Bumala town. All along, he had been staying alone for some years without contacting anyone from his family. Then all of a sudden, he felt the urge to go back to his father’s home. It is then that he scared the area residents.
