“Don’t Call Or Engage Me”- Gachagua Panics Over Low Voter Turnout As He Warns Those Who Haven’t Voted

Date:

The Kenya Kwanza runningmate Rigathi Gachagua has issued a stern warning to his supporters in Nyeri and across the country on the voting day.

While speaking at Sagana polling station in Mathira constituency after casting his vote, Gachagua made it clear that the supporters who have not voted should neither call nor engage him.

According to Ruto’s runningmate, those who have not voted are on a lower level and he will only give them audience after they cast their votes because they will be at the same level.

At the same time, the Mathira legislator confessed that the voter turnout was not very good like in the past two elections since voters were disillusioned by a number of factors such as high cost of living by the Uhuruto ten year regime.

He also noted that he was pleased with the electoral process since the measures put by the IEBC would make it impossible to stuff the ballot boxes with illegal papers.
