DJ Evolve’s father, John Orinda has come forward to thwart online claims that Babu Owino is a bad person days after a segment about his son aired online.
John Orinda said that Babu Owino has been in constant contact with his family even though they haven’t met in person, he is grateful for what he has been for his son, DJ Evolve.
“Vile aliingia kwa nyumba naona iko improvement na iko dawa analetewa, yule anayeleta hizo dawa ni Babu Owino. Nurses wako naye mchana na usiku na hao pia ni Babu Owino aliprovide. Naona kama Babu Owino si mtu mbaya sana ingawa hatujakutana naye tuongee lakini hajapotea,” he said.
According to John Orinda, Babu Owino has been catering for his son’s needs at the moment since the drugs that DJ Evolve needs are expensive.
The DJ’s father who was addressing the press on Thursday evening noted that though his son is still in immense pain, he remains optimistic that he will gain his full health in the long run.
The DPP said the Investigating Officer’s report indicates that DJ Evolve is paralyzed and has a speech impediment which had made it very challenging to record his statement.
