Deadly Affair: KDF Officer Sprays Bullets On ‘Hot’ Girlfriend Before Turning Rifle On Himself

A Kenya Defense Forces (KDF) Officer from Nanyuki reportedly shot dead his girlfriend before shooting himself over cheating claims.

The officer, who was identified as Emanuel Walugu Onyango killed himself and his beautiful model girlfriend Immaculate Mwende Mwirigi, with an AK47 rifle while dressed in complete military outfit.

The incident occurred inside an apartment where they lived together. A neighbor who heard gunshots on  Friday night at around 9.30 pm alerted the police.

The police rushed to the scene and were forced to break into the apartment since the door had been locked from inside.

According to the Laikipia County Criminal Investigation officer Onesmus Towett, the police found two bodies lying on the floor in a pool of blood. t the time, Mwende was already dead.

On the other hand, Onyango, who had shot himself in the chin, was still breathing. He was rushed to Nanyuki Referral Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

“The officer was on duty just before the incident took place, he then went ahead and asked for permission to go for supper at 6pm during which he went to meet Ms Mwirigi,” Towett said.
