It has now emerged that Miguna Miguna has only been taking Kenyans and the world around circles since he has never tried to come back to Kenya.
According to credible sources, Miguna loves Canada more than Kenya and only engages in theatrics due to his high affinity for cheap publicity.
“The fact that the exiled lawyer keeps tweeting his so called coming back only reveals that he is more into attention seeking as opposed to coming back. In the past, Miguna Miguna had been flying to Kenya severally without those social media posts. Why then cant he just come back to Kenya if he means it without all these drama?”
Besides, the source added that Miguna’s love for Canada unlike Kenya is more reason why he keeps throwing all kinds of insults to president Uhuru Kenyatta knowing very well at the back of his mind that such an act would definitely make the head of state not allow him back.
On Monday, Miguna Miguna alleged without even providing video or photo evidence that he was blocked by a French Airline from taking a flight to Kenya.
Through a statement shared on Monday November 15th, the controversial lawyer disclosed that the Kenyan government had issued red alerts to the French carrier hence rejecting him on arrival at the airport.
According to him, he had booked a flight ticket to Kenya on October 29th and had gone to check in at Berlin.
“This is to inform Kenyans and the world that Air France officials at the check-in counter at the Berlin Brandenburg Airport have just informed me that the Government of Kenya sent them a “Red Alert” this morning that they cannot fly me to Nairobi, ” read part of the statement.
However, it was suspicious after Miguna while at the airport claimed that the French airline did not share with him the alleged copy of the Red Alert to prove that indeed the Kenyan government issued the same. This statement alone does not require you to be a scientific investigator to realize that it was all cooked up!!!!
According to the high court, there was no evidence to show that the outspoken lawyer had been blocked from coming back to the country. As a result, judge Hedwig Ong’undi noted that the burden of proof was on Miguna to show that the red alerts exist. Again, failure to show that revealed that the lawyer was just making up non existent issues!
“There is no evidence to prove the alerts exist. This court cannot rule on speculation to grant the orders he is seeking. Case dismissed. Court being a Court of law expected him to adduce evidence to prove existence of the red alerts,” Justice Hedwig said.

According to the Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government, it was vital for the lawyer to be kicked out of the country on grounds that he had renounced his citizenship. As a result, he was asked to first work on his papers before being permitted into the country.
