Boring Habit By KCB Bank That Is Making Kenyans Close Their Accounts

Date:

A number of Kenyans have come online to express their displeasure at KCB bank over their boring habit which has made them rethink their loyalty.

According to these Kenyans, the Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) has of late come up with an unpopular policy of frustrating its customers whenever they walk in the banks to withdraw money.

Apparently, these Kenyans confessed that they have been forced at some point to go use mobile money to access their own money.

Below is what some of the disappointed individuals said about KCB:

“People are closing KCB bank accounts because of frustration from it’s staffs, imagine having money in your account and fool’s are telling you that you cannot withdraw eti lazima ukue na mobile money ?.”

“Embrace Technology most banks ?husema 40K and below enda utoe kwa ATM…it is very understandable…Tuwapungizie kazi.”

“Aki walinifanya hivo hadi waleo sijawahi rudi huko.. Why are they forcing us btw??”

“One reason I don’t bank with them too. Very stupid directive.”

“Armstrong Dube Namasaka I deposited the cheque in my account.pesa imekua but sasa I can’t withdraw atm inadai invalid, app Yao inasema my account haija kua linked.Total mess.”

“These people should not punish us for their laziness of not marketing their mobile money well. By the time I walk to the bank I know very well that there are those options but I should not be forced to use an option I ignored hence walking to the bank. Total laziness.”

“Now what happens when I have an emergency and I have just lost my phone? Does it mean I will have to go buy a new phone urgently just to get my money? Why are Kenyans soothing the ego of this bank called KCB? They should be told off so that they keep that nonsense away. The best they can do is to make it optional, not imposing it on people.”
