William Ruto’s staunch supporter Bonny Khalwale has spoken his mind following Raila Odinga’s massive rallies in Mt. Kenya region where it was perceived he wasn’t welcomed.
Raila caused political earthquake during his tour of mount Kenya triggering a panic mode in Ruto’s allies from the region.
The DP allies from mount Kenya had been perpetrating Railaphobia and creating the notion that the former Prime Minister is not welcomed in the region.
However, on Sunday and Monday Raila pulled mammoth crowds during his rallies in different towns in Nyeri, Murang’a and Kiambu counties.
Speaking during an interview on K24, Bonny Khalwale acknowledged that Raila is a real force to be reckoned with in Kenyan politics following his mega rallies in central Kenya.
The former Kakamega senator further stated that Raila seems to be the most preferred candidate at the moment.
Khalwale however noted that Raila and Ruto are the frontrunners in the 2022 presidential race, he urged ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi to join either of the two.

The former Kakamega senator warned Mudavadi to stop insisting to be in ballot 2022 when it is clear he can’t win an election.
Khalwale urged Mudavadi to join Ruto or Raila’s camp since he believes that the move by the ANC leader to insist to be on ballot in 2022 is a political suicidal mission.
He stressed that Mudavadi should shelve off his pride and join Raila or Ruto’s camp to ensure he is not left out of the 2022 government.
Khalwale also insisted that Raila’s ODM and Ruto’s UDA are the only national parties representing the true face of Kenya.

Khalwale also explained that Ruto doesn’t believe in forming coalition with tribal parties that only enjoy support in their ethnic bases.
.@KBonimtetezi: We don't believe in small ethnic and regional parties like ANC, Ford Kenya, Wiper and so on. That is our position.#K24ThisMorning@iamjeffmote pic.twitter.com/ccwTL60R7L
