Kakamega senator Boni Khalwale is in jubilation after another of his children performed impressively in the just released KCSE results.
Gift Atubukha is among the 899,453 candidates who sat for the examination in 2023.
The teenager, who sat for the exams at St. Brigids girls Kiminini, scored a mean grade of B+.
Her best subject was History where she got an A while Physics came last with a C plain.
“Congratulations Gift Atubukha Khalwale I want to thank my family, the entire St. Brigids High School-Kiminini fraternity, and above all, God for supporting my little Tubu to this milestone,” he said on X.

This has however gotten Kenyans talking as hardly a year passes without the senator celebrating his children or grandchildren’s performance in the national exams.
Some have developed memes to joke about the situation as others shared their well wishes to the former candidate. Below are some of their reactions;
“Congratulations to Gift Khalwale and to the Bullfighter himuselfu for spreading his seed like nonsense! You are a real stoic African man!” an X user said.

“At this point I think KCSE stands for Khalwale’s Children Secondary Education,” Billy The Goat said as lawyer Donald Kipkorir wrote;
“Congratulations my friend Dr. Boni Khalwale on yet another exemplary performance by yet another child of yours in yet another national examination. If every family in Kenya had the intellectual pedigree of your children, we would long ago have bypassed Singapore. Cheers Boss!”
