A boda boda driver’s body has been found after the deceased was captured on camera being washed away by high floods in Narok County.
According to Mohamed Noor Hasan, deputy sub-county commissioner for Transmara West, the rider was attempting to get across a flooded bridge on the Olalui-Kilkoris Road on Tuesday.
The deceased was taken to the mortuary at Nyamache.
The boda boda rider can be seen attempting to cross the river against the incoming tide in the footage, which has now gone viral.
He hears some locals in the area telling him not to cross, but he nevertheless does, getting washed off his bike and sucked up by the rushing water.
