Babu Owino To Resume Teaching KCPE/KCSE Students Online

Babu Owino has announced that he will resume teaching online.

Thr controversial politician said that his online classes will resume on Monday at 7.30 pm.

His aim of coaching students is to ensure that they pass their National exams.

” I am back. Students must pass KCPE/KCSE exams. We will premier KCPE Mathematics revision on Monday form 7.30 pm,” he said in a social media post.

The Embakasi East MP unveiled online classes in June 2020 which first targeted university students. He took to social media to help students following the disruption of education by the COVID pandemic.

He later embraced teaching those in primary and secondary schools and those who got chance to be taught by him were very grateful.

“I would love to appreciate Babu Owino because he went a step further and started teaching. I remember his Mathematics and Chemistry lessons…they really helped. Our school had online lessons but there are students out there who did not have that privilege. I benefitted from the lessons and I believe there are many others who did,” Robinson Wanjala, who topped KCSE  2020, said.

Owino’s efforts go help students saw him get recognized by UN and Voice of America.

“Babu Owino is a Kenyan MP who has decided to use his talent in science subjects to educate students using his social media platforms,” a report by VOA stated.
