Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga was in Kuria, Migori county on Thursday in a bid to secure votes ahead of the August polls.
During the tour, the ODM leader had a moment of his life when Kisii musician Embarambamba entertained the crowd for a few minutes.
“Lakini kusema ukweli, huyu Embarambamba anatoka county gani?Enjoyed my day in Kuria, Migori County!” read a post on Raila Odinga’s Twitter account.

The moment of joy came when Kisii governor James Ongwae was called upon to address the crowd and before his address, Embarambamba’s hit song Bend this way hit the airwaves.
Embarambamba and his dancers entered the stage and treated the crowd with electrifying dance moves.
In a matter of seconds, Embarambamba was already showing Baba alongside his wife Ida some of the moves thus raising concerns that Raila would break his back by engaging in the dance.
“Usivunje president wetu mgongo kijana,” the master of ceremony told Embarambamba.
Anti-Raila Twitter users however had different thoughts with some bashing Raila with claims that he was trying to look young while others compared his enjoyment with the way businessman Jimi Wanjigi was manhandled.
“How do I convince my son to vote for a person who is older than his grandfather by far rather than vote for his dads and uncles agemates?” Rajiv posed.
“Doing everything possible to look young and energetic,” WM Martha said.
“Lakini Rao pia sikuhizi hukuanga funny one thing I like with Mzee sikuhizi umecopy rada za Omanga anyway you’re trying to appeal to generation Z,” another comment read.
“People are selling serious agenda’s and manifestoes….wewe ni rhetorics tu…. August we are permanently putting you in order,” Kipkama 001 said.
