Former Sports CS Rashid Echesa has revealed that he had an affair with KTN anchor Mary Kilobi before she was taken by Francis Atwoli.
Echesa made the remarks during Kenya Kwanza rally in Amalemba grounds, Kakamega county while accusing Atwoli of Disrespecting DP William Ruto’s wife, Rachel.
This comes just days after Kilobi requested Echesa and Kimilili MP Didmus Barasa to stop mentioning her name in their campaigns.
“You saw yesterday Kilobi asking me to stop mentioning her in campaigns. I want to tell Mary Kilobi while here at home she should know that when Atwoli is calling Mama Rachel names, the national mother that we respect and who does not provoke anybody, he needs to know that he is provoking Kenyan citizens.
“Listen Kilobi, you know me very well before Atwoli. Kilobi knows me better than Atwoli. She was my broom before she went to Atwoli,” Echesa said as the crowd burst in laughter and cheers
Echesa however wondered why President Uhuru Kenyatta would pick Atwoli as his chief advisor yet he had surpassed the number of years that God had set for man to live which is 70 years, therefore Atwoli is living on a bonus.
“You know Francis Atwoli is 78 years old and today, he is the chief advisor of president Uhuru Kenyatta. You see this country needs prayers,” the former CS said.
About 3 days ago, Kilobi took to her IG account to ask the politicians to sell their political agendas and manifesto instead of mentioning her in their rallies since she is not a politician.
“So you do not have a manifesto? Sell your agendas and leave my name out of your mouths. Ironically most guys who shout the loudest about Kilobi the “25-year-old” have been frequent visitors in Kajiado. And by the way mkae mkijua kejeli zenu zinanijengea ushuhuda wa kishindo!” Kilobi wrote on Instagram.
