Ali Hassan Joho has resigned from ODM as Deputy Party Leader.
The former governor of Mombasa County always had ambitions to take over the movement’s leadership from Hon. Raila Odinga.
Joho stated, “When the time comes to succeed Raila, I will communicate with other representatives and seek their support.
Before his resignation, in an interview years back, Ali Hassan Joho insisted that Raila, continues to be the unquestioned ODM leader. “My party is ODM. With Raila, I’ve had a lot of fun.He is my political mentor, thus I want to be his deputy so that I may keep learning from him.”
Kenyans are in shock after reports leaked that he has finally resigned from ODM. Official communication has not been released yet as at the time of publishing this article.
A video of Joho in his kales farm as means, he’s probably focusing in his farming and choosing to stay away from politics.
Azimio la Umoja promised Kenya Kwanza led president Ruto that they would hold consultative meetings to counter the ruling regimes blanket policies that they feel are not good for citizens like the GMO foods introducing and the recent public servants nomination that generally lacked regional balance.
