As additional Coroner reports are released, tributes to Kirsnick Khari Ball, alias Takeoff, are still being streamed three days after his terrible death.
Offset, a rapper and member of the group Migos, has updated his Instagram image with a picture of Takeoff and a white heart. The singer has not yet commented on the passing of his bandmate.
“It is with broken hearts and deep sadness that we mourn the loss of our beloved brother Kirsnick Khari Ball, known to the world as Takeoff. Senseless violence and a stray bullet has taken another life from this world and we are devastated. Please respect his family and friends as we continue to process this monumental loss. Kirsnick Khari Ball, June 18 1994- 1 November 2002.” The Quality control music posted on the Instagram page to honor the passing of the legendary artist.
Metro Booming, another legendary pop star, has also come out to share a screenshot of the message of condolence that the late takeoff shared with him when his mother passed on earlier in the year as he lacked a message to condole with. Other stars, the queen oh hip hop, Beyonce, Future and artist and trap music have also come out to condole with the family.
Two days after his tragic passing away, a mural of him was painted in the streets of Atlanta, just like of the past legendary pop star.
According to reports one of the Migos band members assistant was one of the two shots in the homicide that took the life of one. Quavo’s assistant Joshua “wash” Washington is one of the two individuals that were rushed to the hospital after the gunfire and is expected to survive as the reports indicated that his injuries weren’t life threatening.
So far police reports have indicated that the shooter(s) have not yet been identified and victims are being called unto to give testimonies that might lead to the arrest of the perpetrators and justice to the victims.
