Lawyer Philip Murgor now claims that the Kenyan elections were conducted in Venezuela and they are the ones who decided who the winner was.
While presenting in court log in details to prove that the IEBC servers were infiltrated, Murgor noted that Jose Carmago and other foreigners were responsible for the infiltration.
According to him, the foreigners accessed the IEBC system before and after the general elections.
“The logs are from the Results Transmission System on various days leading up to and after the election date in particular 15th July 2022 to the 16th of August 2022. I must apologize to bring the bad news not only to this court but the entire Republic that those logs contain active participation of foreigners,” Murgor said.
He further listed the names of the foreigners as identified in the logs and listed some of the longest time that the they were in the system.
“There names are Vito, Josio, Ogudino, Csisiva, Provisio and Jacamargo. The six foreigners accessed this server 180 times. The longest being on the 8th of August 2022. Josio on the 9th of August 2022 for 1 hr 32 minutes. Ogudino on the 11 of August for 2hrs 54 minutes, Ogudino again on the 11th of August for 3hrs 6 minutes..,” Murgor said.
“I close by saying what a mess, my friend Mr. Ngatia struggled so hard to get Mr. Carmago out of the mess of taking control of our elections in the case of form 34AÂ but we have caught him and all his friends in our election process before, after but where are they, on God knows and the servers will show us,” he added.
Murgor further noted that Camargo accessed the server on August 8, a day before the general elections.
“So our elections were conducted in Venezuela, so the Venezueans decided who won, Mr. Chebukati was just a mouthpiece,” he concluded
He however said that IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati was denying them access to the servers just like in 2017 general elections.
