Kenyan-Canada based Lawyer and activist Miguna Miguna has also weighed in on the Sabina Chege matter.
This is after photos of the Murang’a Women Rep in company of a number of Azimio la Umoja leaders who had paid her a visit surfaced on social media.
The leaders present included ODM leader Raila Odinga, Suna East MP Junet Mohamed, Homabay Women rep Gladys Wanga, Narok Senator Ledama Ole Kina, Governor Hassan Joho, Mishi Mboko and Kanini Kega.

The team had just come from a campaign trip in Taita Taveta when they stopped by to check on Sabina.
According to Miguna Miguna, some Kenyans were struggling to put a meal at their table yet she was wasting millions to pull to prove that she was actually ailing.
“Conman @RailaOdinga and his c**s don’t care about Kenyan tax payers. Sabina Chege is wasting millions of shillings to put up a PR stunt at the Nairobi Hospital as the conman and his zo**ies are laughing. Meanwhile, ordinary Kenyans cannot afford one square meal a day,” Miguna said on Twitter.
It was established that Sabina has been in hospital since February 16, when she was required to appear before the IEBC’S Electoral Code of Conduct Enforcement Committee on Tuesday February 22.
Sabina was to appear before the committee over her vote rigging remarks, but the hearing of the matter was postponed to March 8.
It is however not Miguna Miguna alone who believes that the lawmaker was just faking illness to avoid the vote rigging case as indicated by some comments on Twitter.
“Sabina Chege is now in political hospitalization at Nairobi Hospital after, accidentally, letting out the State’s plan to rig in Raila as president, hoping the court will save her from the wrath of IEBC She may live in hospital for a long time,” Ithe Wa Ciana said.
“Nairobi Hospital nayo ni kama hukuwa na bed for hire kwa hawa mapoliticians with court cases. They be beating photos with their colleagues glowing from hospital beds but a chicken thief from Keroka atapickiwa na bus from KNH with on open skull to appear in court,” a comment by Nelly Wahome read.
