“This Journey Is Not Easy,” Willy Paul Hilariously Reacts To Diana Marua’s New Song

Date:

Diana Marua was unveiled as a rapper on Sunday by her husband Bahati at an event that was held at the Trademark hotel.

The mother of two performed her new release Hatutaachana for the first time during the Sunday event and the music video premiered on YouTube on Monday at 10 am, garnering thousands of views in just hours.

Kenyans have not kept calm about Diana’s bold step to enter the music industry with a bang with some congratulating her and others criticizing her while asking her to keep off the music industry.

“Can someone explain to me how I can delete Diana Marua music from YouTube,” Real Mash said on twitter.

“Diana Marua music sounds sweeter in two circumstances 1.when the volume has been reduced to zero 2.time watu wa kenya power wameamua wachukue stima yao,” he added.

“Some people can be so disrespectful! Ati Diana Marua’s music career is sexually transmitted, why would someone say something like that? …Where did she catch the talent from? Such utterances can break a marriage bwana,” TV host Dr. King’ori said.

While Ja Loka said, “Tukifungiwa, I will blame it on Diana Marua, even bad performance has standards. Earth is hard,”  citing the state of the nation address that will be delivered by president Uhuru Kenyatta on Tuesday, November 30.

In an interview, Willy Paul was asked to say something about Diana’s new music and the artist laughed uncontrollably.

He however blamed the people in the background and asked them not to make him laugh. He went on to advise Diana that the music journey is not easy.

“I can only tell her this journey is not easy, she can ask Bahati. But if she prays, and works hard God will listen to her,” Willy Paul eventually said.
