Speaking at the Dubai Expo, Raila stated there is need to increase intra-Africa trade which he said was inhibited by poor infrastructure.
“One of the inhibiting factors has been the poor infrastructure in the continent and we have to ensure that the infrastructure in the continent is improved so that we can increase trade among African countries,” said Raila.
