Roysambu MCA Peter Warutere was caught on camera sleeping during a discussion at the Nairobi County Assembly.
The MCA is said to have dozed off as the house was discussing the ban on PSVs parking at Nairobi’s Central Business District on Tuesday October 26.
According to sources’ the MCA was in such a deep sleep that he almost fell from his chair.

While Marie Wainaina said, “No room for this,,when will Kenyans know that we come from different homes to work,,, someone may have long nights or even a long day I say,,buh it’s understood,,it’s pure politics.
“Nikikumbuka kuna elections tena zinakuja nguvu mpaka kwa magoti inaisha… leaders lakini,so sad,” Vala George said.
