Believers from Maximum Miracle Center are yet to own cars despite being asked by veteran pastor Pius Muiru to pay up to 10,000 Kenya shillings to open the way for miracle cars.
According to K24, pastor Pius Muiru who is popular for his broadcast sermons at local TV and radio stations and the infamous ‘Kuna nuru gizani’ quote has left netizens shocked for asking his congregation to sow a ‘seed’ for vehicles.
Apparently, one local publication reported that Pius Muiru parked a brand new vehicle with wedding-like decorations at the altar during an interdenominational prayer day service with a write up that read:
“We are going to believe God with a car on the altar, something never seen before. Double grace is yours in Jesus name.”
“During the sermon, a screen in the church indicated that one can part with Ksh1,000, Ksh3,000, Ksh5,000, Ksh7,000 or Ksh10,000 for blessings related to cars.” Added the local publication.
K24 further reported that the congregants present were asked to drop their offerings inside the vehicle by faith and hope of driving a personal car by the same time next year, assuring them that the same seed would help them curb road accidents.
“This is an unusual day, vehicles are about to come your way… The seed you are giving will help you overtake your enemies. Those at home, get to your phone and trust God with the seed. Let everybody pass by the vehicle and drop a seed and anyone who has lost someone through road accident or wheelchair, we are going to banish all that,” he said
“As you drop your sacrifice here, let there be no day you will require an ambulance to take you to hospital and even open petrol stations, among other things.”
“As per this anointing, someone will be gifted a car by a friend. Not only will you drive in this country but also in cities of the world. Most importantly, we are declaring that we are giving you mobility from place to place and wings to fly,” Muiru stated.
