Popular Mugithi Singer Samidoh Breaks Leg While Taking Selfies With Fans

Date:

Popular Mugithi musician Samuel Muchoki Ndirang’u also known as Samidoh has been entertaining his fans while seated for close to two weeks.

His fans however became more curious after a photo surfaced in social media showing his right leg in plaster.

According to his manager, the artist hurt his leg while taking selfies with fans.

His manager says that despite the fracture, he will  still continue to entertain his fans through his music.

“Samidoh amevunjika mguu ila sio Sauti wala mikono,” his manager said.

The incident occurred in Mwea.

The fracture occurred during a ‘stampede for selfies’ moment in Mwea. Unaware of them, fans pushed him backward in a steep-stone path. However, this has not stopped him from performing. His love and passion for music doesn’t let a little thing like a broken leg keep him away from his fans,” the manager added.

The manager’s sentiments were echoed by Samidoh who said that he is able to perform despite having a fractured leg

“It is what it is. I may not be able to or run but I can still play guitar and perform. My fans want my voice not my legs,” the artiste said.

The manager further revealed that Samidoh has more shows lined up in this month and will also be heading to the US for the Mugithi tour.

“He has 11 more shows scheduled for this month which will go on as planned,” he said.

Recently his baby mama Karen Nyamu caused a stir online after claiming that the musician had assaulted her despite carrying his second child.

“I have been beaten, my hair has been removed. And I am just three months pregnant. We women are so stupid, we have to teach these violent guys a lesson. I am shocked, my daughter has cried,” she said in an Insta video.
