Tahidi high actor Joseph Kinuthia popularly known as Omosh Kizangila has addressed rumors that he has officially joined DP William Ruto’s camp.
According to a photos that surfaced online, Omosh is seen at the UDA’s headquarters receiving some outfits from the party’s officials.
“I was at the party headquarters and I have registered as a member of the party. I have endorsed the bottom-up approach since it seeks to uplift ordinary Kenyans out of poverty,” he said when he was interviewed.
UDA also took to twitter to confirm that indeed the actor had been registered as their member.
“UDA Secretary General Veronica Maina receives Comedian Joseph Kinuthia, better known as Omosh at the party’s headquarters,” the tweet read.
According to Omosh, hardworking Kenyans will benefit from the bottom-up economic approach.
“Omosh registered as a party member and endorsed Hustler Nation’s bottom-up economic model saying it will lift many ordinary Kenyans out of poverty. He said hardworking Kenyans who lacked opportunities will benefit from the revolutionary economic model,” the message further read.
Omosh has recently been hitting headlines for the wrong reasons. Barely days ago it is alleged that he almost sold a house that was built for him by well-wishers to pranksters posing as buyers.
Omosh met with the pranksters from Komic gang at an agreed place whereby he negotiated with the ‘buyers’ for the price that the house should go for.
According to reports, Omosh did not want to let go of his house at first. However the pranksters nagged and begged him until he gave in. The parties settled at Kshs15 million however Omosh wanted to be paid Kshs17 million.
Two months ago while being handed the keys to the house, he said that he would take good care of it and promised not to sell it.
