The fart is said to be so pungent that ammonia that the speaker was compelled to temporarily suspend the proceeding for a few minutes to allow the smell to ease away.

It may seem odd, but there are people who are professional fart smellers.
This kind of job is common in China due to their peculiar medical beliefs. Chinese medical professionals say the flatulence of every person has a particular nuance such as fishy, bitter, sweet, savory among others.

Odd as it may seem, these jobs pay well, with reports suggesting that fart smellers in China are being paid up to US$50,000 annually.

Pills that turn foul smell to roses’ scent
An investor from France gave the world a solution to the soul smell of flatulence.
The French man, Christian Poincheval invented “flatulence pills” which transforms the smell of farts. The pills come in a wide range of aromas ranging from chocolate to violet.
The pills make farts smell like actual roses.
Poincheval started developing the pills in 2007 and now has a range of them, selling them in several different scents.
