Kenyan comedian Elsa Majimbo star continues to shine and roar with her latest acclaim being to be featured in theĀ British Vogue magazine.
This comes after became the youngest person ever to be nominated for E! Peopleās Choice Awards.
The Peopleās Choice Awards is American awards show that recognizes people in the entertainment industry and her nomination in the category will serve her a major boost in her comical journey. She is listed among other 7 contestants under the African Social Star category including Model Karl Kugelmann, Rapper and poet Sho Madjozi, Actress Thosu Mbedu, Magician and Tiktok star Wian van den Berg , Reigning Miss Universe Zozi Tunzi, Nigerian YouTuber Dimmah Umeh and Ghanian Actress Lydia Forson.

In the vogue magazine, Elsa opens up about her rocky journey to fame, skincare routine and why she is passionate about making people laugh.
She says although her online celebrity status skyrocketed from only 10,000 followers to the current 876,000 she still lives a ānormalā life and contrary to the expectations of many.

She added that a large portion of netizens expect a drastic change of lifestyle after she landed a lucrative deal with Rihanna or after being nominated for the E! Peopleās Choice Awards in the African Social Star category alongside the likes of Kim Kardashian.
The talented creative said her journey started when she realized fitting in with societal norms was difficult. According to Elsa, her peers were trying to fake it in order to impress everyone.
Consequently, the situation propelled her to incline to her personality and she constantly found herself lonely with non-existent friends.
āI didnāt have a lot of friends so I picked up my camera one day and started talking into it, and it just felt so amazing and natural and raw,ā she admitted.
Celebrating her Vogue feature which is something she always dreamt off, Majimbo made the announcement on Instagram by posting a screenshot of the headline and netizens in return lauded her with tonnes of comments and support.
