President Uhuru Kenyatta has finally addressed the purpoted reports of his government militarizing the country.
The Head of State has had a lot of citizens questioning his motive of militarizing a lot of key and strategic designations to the military.
He caught people off guard when he came up with the National Metropolitan Service(NMS) and not only that but appointing a Major General of the Kenya Defence Forces in Badi started to raise even more eyebrows.
Speaking on “militarizing” the country, President Uhuru Kenyatta said that he’s not doing what his critics want citizens to believe, he denied that he’s not militarizing anything.
The President said that he is only capitalizing on the fact that members of the KDF are a unique bunch who love their country and sacrifice their lives for the same without hesitation.

Uhuru went on ahead to say that the country would be a better place for everybody if everybody would just love the country just the way KDF does.
“If all of us in Kenya operated and behaved, and loved and served their country in the manner in which our beloved Kenya Defence Forces does, Kenya would be today a great country.” President Uhuru Kenyatta said in part, “And we all have big lesson to learn. I am not militarising anything. I am using reliable Kenyan citizens to fulfill my agenda for this republic, And the KDF are part of us.”
